As a visual artist and cultural worker apprentice my woven art pieces are meant to give you a glimpse into how I view the interconnected relationships we have with our natural relatives whether it be through the photographs I take or the mixed media woven piece I weave. Each one is meant to honor not only the memory of those who have given me the space to grow as an artist but also the lessons they’ve taught me.
